Sesame Chicken Kebabs
 
 
Ingredients:
500g chicken thigh fillets, skin off
1 Tbsp sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
½ tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 green onions, cut into 4cm lengths
 
Method:
Cut each fillet into 6 and combine with remaining ingredients. Set aside to stand for 15 minutes or longer, if possible.
2. Thread chicken onto four skewers with green onions and cook on lightly oiled barbecue plate or cook under grill for approximately 10 minutes, or until cooked through
